Sports series started in 2005


A series of baseball games that feature characters and places from the "Mario" series. These games are well-known with Mario fans for their unusually large character rosters among other Mario spin-offs.

A Mario-themed baseball game that's easy to pick up and play. The game has a large roster of 54 characters that can be used in a variety of premade teams or an original team of your own design. Characters have special moves for both batting and pitching.

You can now bat and pitch the ball by simply holding the Wii Remote and swinging it. However, the game can still be played with more traditional button controls by plugging a Nunchuk into the Wii Remote. This game also features a more in-depth, narrative-driven singleplayer.
